Either party can terminate the agreement with written notice. If you cancel early, fees for services rendered up to that point will be due. If we terminate the contract, we’ll refund prepaid fees on a pro-rated basis.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Punjab, India. Any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Mohali.
